What you can rely on

• Uncounted stays unchanged

  An item without a count entry is never touched when booking. Setting uncounted items to 0 is a separate step with a preview.

• No entry gets lost

  Every entry is saved on the server immediately. After a reload, an empty battery or a crash the count is exactly as before.

• Several devices at once

  As many devices as you need count into the same count. Entries add up, nothing is overwritten.

• The store stays open

  Sales during the count are factored in when booking – the app never blindly books the counted number.

How a count works

1. 01

   Create

   Pick a location, optionally narrow down to collections, tags or vendors. The expected stock is frozen as of the cut-off date.

2. 02

   Count

   With a handheld scanner, the phone camera or search. Every entry is saved immediately.

3. 03

   Review

   Go through the deviations, recount single items, add notes.

4. 04

   Close

   Generate the reports and optionally book the stock to Shopify.

Features

Handheld scanner

Any USB or Bluetooth scanner in keyboard mode (HID). The app recognizes scans whether or not a field is focused.

Phone camera

Pair via QR code: the phone counts along in the browser – no login, the link is valid for 12 hours and can be revoked at any time.

Scan +1 and Scan & quantity

Every scan counts up by one – or opens the item with the quantity field. Repeat scans within 1.5 seconds are not counted twice.

Partial counts and areas

Narrow down to collections, tags or vendors; areas like “back store” split a count into sections.

Review

Expected, counted and difference per item, filters for deviations and uncounted items, “Recount” for single items.

Safe booking

Booking in batches with a log. If it breaks off, a new attempt books only the rest, never anything twice. Or “Close only” without booking.

Inventory and deviation lists

Stored as PDF with a checksum and downloadable again any time, optionally also as a valued list. Inventory list and log also as CSV.

Log

Name, device and time for every entry. Every correction stays traceable, nothing is deleted.

Minimal permissions

Only products, inventory and locations. No access to customer or order data.

Servers in Germany

Hosted in Nuremberg, daily encrypted backup in Falkenstein. Interface in German and English.
