Data processing (DPA)

This is a translation for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

For the personal data merchants process with our Shopify apps we act as processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Each app has its own data processing agreement, because each app processes different data. It is part of the app’s terms of use and is deemed agreed upon installation.
